National Shipping (Inside UAE):

• Free Shipping: For orders with minimum value of AED 1500 and above.
• Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 1500.
• Service Area: Within major city limits. For locations beyond city limits, pick-up from our office or an alternate location may be required

Shipping to GCC Countries (KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman):

• Free Shipping: For orders with minimum value of AED 2000 or USD 545.
• Delivery Fee: AED 80 for orders below AED 2000 or USD 545.

International Shipping:

• Charges: Shipping costs varies by country and will be communicated post-purchase, orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority or other logistic partner.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. For tracking, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 515 9900.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimated):

• GCC & MENA: 3-7 business days.
• Others: 7 - 14 business days.

Please note: Deliveries are subject to the date of Confirmation of Payment. Any unforeseen delays (like the recent Pandemic) or similar logistical issues.

Custom Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or refund.
